Neel is an Incubation team member at L2IV. He is also the founder of Eclipse Laboratories that is building Ethereum’s fastest Layer 2, powered by Solana Virtual Machine (SVM). He is connected in the developer and founders circle.
Neel previously worked at Citadel as a quant developer and researcher. Prior to that, he was a software engineer at Airbnb.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with focus in Computer Science, Mathematics and Business Administration from University of California, Berkeley.
